Welcome to the Cognitive Geomatics Summer School

The 'Cognitive Geomatics - Teaching and learning about sense of place' project involves a summer school in Karlsruhe (Germany) with a total of 24 participants from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, University of Pretoria and University of Nairobi. This is done to advance the blended learning tool development considering intercultural differences, plus to promote study/research stays at the partner universities. The summer school will run from the 17th of September 2023 until the 24th of September 2023, entailing lab work such as testing, reflecting and advancing the digital tools and instruction materials developed so far, as well as a socialising programme for personal and intercultural student exchange.
